At Pathshala, we aim to provide high-quality educational books and learning materials. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
This policy explains how refunds, replacements, and returns are handled.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
You may request a return or replacement if:

You received a damaged or defective book

You received the wrong product

The product is missing pages or is misprinted

The book must be unused and in original condition

Original packaging (if any) should be retained
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Books that have been used, written on, or damaged by the customer

Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (wrong title, wrong quantity, etc.)

Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)

Bulk or special discounted orders (unless defective)
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Replacement orders are shipped at no extra cost.

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — only return/replacement rules apply.
